Bell’s Bodies Fitness was established in April 2009 on a vision and a dream Christopher Bell had to change lives through exercise with heart and a passion to push people to be the best versions of themselves.
A community was created with like minded fitness enthusiasts who wanted to excel on their fitness journey and have fun while doing it. Thousands of lives have been changed through exercise with motivation and the desire to bring out the inner fire in every client.
No one fitness journey is the same and every client is treated with compassion and attentiveness to their individual goals and needs. We provide a safe and focused environment for exercise with a listening ear, a watchful eye and lots of fun energy.
Our clients range in age from 13-96, all with different abilities and/or limitations and with expert knowledge we can modify, progress or regress any exercise. We call it “modify on the fly”. We provide accountability and motivation that is so necessary when being challenged both physically and mentally.
The community that we have created is extremely selfless as is evident in all of the fundraising we do throughout the year. From Tunnel 2 Towers and The Tyanna Foundation to the Neighborhood Center, our community has helped make our vision of giving back to others a true reality.
Our mission statement is simple….create pain free, healthful and happy fitness enthusiasts and because of that we continue to retain loyal, passionate and dedicated members in our fitness community. The relationships that we have nurtured throughout the years has truly made our fitness community our gym family.
