Welcome to Bell’s Bodies Fitness! We offer individualized personal training via several different modalities, and we are committed to helping you transform your life through exercise. Each of our workouts consists of several components:

  • A Warm-up with Dynamic Movement
  • Stabilization / Balance Exercises
  • Cardiovascular Interval Training

By providing our clients with a comprehensive workout plan, we ensure that they receive an effective, safe, and goal-oriented workout with each session. At Bell’s Bodies, we are results-driven. Every client has a different body and different goals; that’s why we create fitness plans that are specific to you and your needs. All ages and fitness levels are welcome!

Training Modalities

In-Person Studio Training

In-person training sessions are held in Haddonfield, NJ, in the beautiful Haduko Academy multi-purpose fitness space. These sessions feature a variety of fitness equipment and offer a great range of possible exercise types.

Other benefits of in-person studio sessions include:

  • Direct guidance from your trainer in correct form, posture, breathing, and weight / intensity
  • A clean, comfortable, climate-controlled environment for your workouts
  • Freedom from distractions
  • No risk of technical difficulties
  • Manual stretching to cap off each workout
  • Options for individual or partner training sessions

In-Person Commercial Gym Training 

In-person training sessions can also be conducted at a commercial gym that you are already a member of by using guest pass privileges, if available. Your trainer also has access to several commercial gym locations throughout South Jersey. Commercial gym sessions also feature a variety of fitness equipment and allow for a wide range of exercise types. 

Other benefits of in-person commercial gym sessions include:

  • Learn how to use the machines and equipment you will be using on a regular basis
  • Gain confidence in exercising in public
  • Direct guidance from your trainer in correct machine settings, form, posture, breathing, and weight / intensity
  • No risk of technical difficulties
  • Manual stretching to cap off each workout
  • Maximize your existing gym membership!
  • Options for individual or partner training sessions, depending on membership types and privileges

Virtual Training

Virtual training sessions are available via Zoom or FaceTime, and we are happy to work out a schedule that works best for you. These sessions can offer greater flexibility in scheduling and allow you to work out in the comfort of your own home.

Additional benefits of virtual training include:

  • Verbal coaching from your trainer in correct form, posture, breathing, and weight / intensity
  • Added privacy and comfort of working out wherever you prefer
  • Time saving – no need to drive to a facility
  • Cost-effective – fees are lower for virtual sessions
  • Individual or partner training sessions available

 

In-Home Training

In-home training sessions can combine the best of both virtual and facility sessions. We are proud to meet with clients in their own homes all over South Jersey, including Voorhees, Haddonfield, Haddon Township, Collingswood, Cherry Hill, Oaklyn, Bellmawr and other nearby towns. In-home sessions are limited to a 15 mile radius from Haddonfield, NJ.

Benefits of in-home training include:

  • We can bring the equipment to you, or you can use your own
  • Direct guidance from your trainer in correct form, posture, breathing, and weight / intensity
  • Comfort of working out in a familiar, private space
  • Convenient – save time on driving to a facility
  • No risk of technical difficulties
  • Manual stretching to cap off each workout
  • Options for individual or partner training sessions

*Prices for in-home training vary depending upon distance / travel time

The free NASM Edge App is available to every client, and for an additional fee, personalized training programs are available to supplement all types of sessions for reference when exercising independently. Plans include customized exercise details and notes from your trainer, machine settings, and demonstration videos.
