Group Classes

Group exercise classes are an excellent and affordable alternative or addition to personal training.  Our 40 minute classes are designed to accommodate all fitness levels.  We will get your heart pumping in our More Cardio Less Lardio class, wake you up with a full body workout during our Rise & Grind early morning class and have you feeling relaxed and stretched during our Yoga class.

We offer 12 classes, 7 days a week and we are sure you will find the right class for you.

Our group fitness classes are available virtually via Zoom and in person at locations in Cherry Hill and Oaklyn, NJ.
