Chris Bell has been in the fitness industry for over 20 years. He is an NASM-certified personal trainer, a weight loss specialist, a sports performance enhancement specialist, a corrective exercise specialist. He is currently studying to be an arthritis exercise specialist.
Chris spent several years working for other fitness providers, before deciding to start his own company and offer fitness training in his own way and personalized service to his members. The first Bell’s Bodies location was in Westmont, NJ and became popular enough that we opened a new location in Haddonfield in 2012.
At the start of the pandemic in 2020, he knew a change was necessary, and for the safety of his members pivoted to virtual online training and group fitness classes. Today Chris works with his members every day, some of them for over 20 years, and continues to change people’s lives through exercise.
In his spare time, Chris loves spending time with his daughter, and attending her soccer and basketball games. He is a huge fan of the Rocky movies and the Philadelphia Eagles, and he is not a Tom Brady fan!
